1. How is my company billed for outsourced services?
Generally, our services are billed at a fixed fee. In certain instances where project scope can be accurately defined, additional fees will be added. Additionally, we take into consideration your unique circumstances to give you a billing arrangement that is within your company’s budget.

2. Isn’t it less expensive to hire a full time CFO?
In cases where CFO or controllership skills are required on an as needed basis, it’s more cost effective to outsource these functions. You pay for assistance as you need it and you don’t pay for vacation time, benefits, payroll taxes, etc. 

3. How do you schedule time at my business?

Based on our initial assessment of your current circumstances and level of assistance required, we will suggest a schedule. However, we are completely flexible and will work around your constraints. That’s another advantage of outsourcing.  Also, we access your system and files through our technology solution which minimizes unnecessary trips to your business.

4. How does this affect my relationship with my accountant?

Your relationship with your accountant remains unchanged. They will continue to provide you with compliance and other services as currently engaged.  In fact, we anticipate audit and tax fees to decline based on our level of performance at your company.
